Inspired by the cosmopolitan steakhouses of New York’s meatpacking district, step inside a relaxed loft setting with traditional oak beams, exposed brick walls, leather and wood furnishings and feature lighting galore.
Open from 6:30 pm Tuesday to Saturday, whether you’re dining with friends, family or colleagues, eat from our inspired menu for a taste of authentic America.
We dry-age our steaks in-house using Himalayan salts to organically remove moisture for the most concentrated and intense delicious flavour. Choose from big cut New York strip, sirloin, rib-eye and fillet steaks from the chargrill loaded with homemade sauces and gourmet sides. Try our baby back ribs and ultimate meat feast combos or chargrilled beef chuck burgers from our gourmet burger shack, served in brioche with skin on fries and loaded with cheeses, pickles, crunchy lettuce and tomatoes. If you don’t fancy steak we have a selection of BBQ pulled pork, bacon, chicken and vegetarian burgers too.
We also have a specially crafted cocktail menu created by our in-house mixologists and a variety of bottled and draft beers, wines and spirits to tickle your fancy.
